Terms And Conditions

We have two apartments, Castle Apartment and Gyllyngvase Apartment.

Castle Apartment has one bedroom but can sleep up to 4 persons. The apartment offers a double bedroom with 2 luxury wall beds located in the lounge area.

Gyllyngvase Apartment is a two bedroom apartment which can sleep up to 5 persons (5th person accommodated with fold-out bed in twin room). This apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Our luxury self catering holiday apartments are available from from 3:00pm on arrival day until 10:00am on the day of departure. We ask that you vacate no later than 10:00am on the day of departure, leaving your apartment clean and tidy, reporting any damage or breakages to us as soon as possible.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. A contract between you and Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments is made on the date you reserve an apartment and this is a binding contract. We therefore recommend that ALL GUESTS TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE which offers cover in the event of cancellation.

Our apartments can be reserved online via a secure link with Freetobook/Stripe, our online booking partners.


To book with us you will need to pay a 25% deposit. Balance payment is required 28 days before arrival to secure booking.

Non payment of deposit or balance payment will be treated as a cancellation which will be confirmed by email.


If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival and can’t be re-booked a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. (We’ll try and rebook cancelled dates, and if successful will return your deposit).

In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking will be charged.

If you wish to postpone or rebook your stay with us, you must contact us by email so that we can try to move your booking to a more suitable time, so long as we have availability. If the price for the dates that you choose are different we will adjust the price accordingly. Please note, that additional costs may be incurred if a booking is changed dependant on chosen date or new tariff . There would not be an administration cost for doing this.

Registration Policy

After receiving full payment you will be sent a confirmation of your booking.

Check In & Check Out

Our stays start on Saturday with earliest check-in of 3:00pm.

Our calendar is very busy with back-to-back bookings, so unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate any early check ins or late check outs.

If you arrive before 3:00pm then you are welcome to park your car in the parking area after 12:00am and return after 3.00pm when your apartment will be ready for you.

Arrival instructions and security box key codes will be provided 48 hours before your arrival, in case you need to use them.

At the end of your stay at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments, please ensure that you are ready to leave your apartment no later than 10.00 am on the day of your departure. We would appreciate your help by leaving your apartment in a clean and tidy state with beds stripped and towels placed in the black bin bags provided. We hope you will appreciate that we ask for this help in order to protect our cleaning staff during these difficult times.

E-Bikes & E-Scooters

Regrettably, guests are requested not to store or charge personal electronic modes of transportation, specifically E-Bikes and E-Scooters, within the premises of Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments. This is necessary due to the potential risk of fire within our property and because of insurance considerations which need to be taken into account to ensure that our property is safe and secure at all times. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us, as we are always happy to help.


Because parking space is limited at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments we provide ONE complimentary parking space for you during your stay. Please ensure that you park in the allocated space provided. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk in Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments car park. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your car or contents whilst parked in the car park at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments. Should friends visit you whilst staying at Falmouth Holiday Apartments please can you ask them not to park in the car park or on the drive. We thank you for your understanding and consideration to other guests using the car park.

Courtesy Requests

General waste bins are provided at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments for the disposal of your waste and recycling. Please put all general waste, including recycling, in black bin liners as this will be sorted by our contract rubbish collection team at their waste disposal plant.

We hope that you enjoy your stay but hope you will respect the privacy and enjoyment of other guests at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments.

Privacy Policy

Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation data rules 2018. We take appropriate security measures to safeguard your data and apply security standards and controls to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We do not use cookies for collecting personal information and we only collect data relating to your booking. If you send us an e-mail message or complete an on-line form , we will use your e-mail/postal address and any information you provide to deal with and respond to your query or comments. This privacy statement applies only to the Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments website . We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third party web sites that may be linked to our web pages.

Pet Policy

Regrettably no pets are permitted at Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments.

Damage & Smoking Policy

We reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused to your apartment or public areas, this includes damage caused from spillages, cooking burns to surfaces and personal sickness or accidents. This will be for the full cost of replacement and repair work.

If extensive damage has been caused by you during your stay you will be charged for rehousing our next guests should the apartment not be serviceable. If the damage has been caused deliberately then you will face criminal charges and all costs to effect the repairs and replacement must be met by you. We apologise for having to state this in our Terms & Conditions, but sadly not everyone treats rental accommodation with the respect that is needed.

If any faults occur during your stay, please report them immediately to John or Lula. Please do not attempt to effect a repair yourselves.

Finally, Falmouth Bay Holiday Apartments does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to persons and/or their personal effects whilst staying in our apartments. Go to home page.
